The last weeks the improvements we wanted to have in v23 sp1 were realized. 
We decided to release the v23 SP1 rc1. 
Since the last post with the improvements there were some features we added:

 - Show count of Active IP Connections
 - Values are shown as bars
 - Chilispot gui-fixes
 - Sputnik Agent

We would appreciate to get feedback.

v23 SP1 final is planned to be released on May 15 2006.
